AMERICAN GREETINGS currently has an opportunity available for an Area Supervisor.

As part of the Field Sales Operations team, you will:
-manage a territory which includes 246+ retail accounts primarily consisting of supermarkets, mass channel and drug accounts
-develop and maintain strong working relationships with store management
-hire, train and supervise a staff of part-time merchandisers responsible for merchandising all American Greetings products within the assigned account space
-plan and conduct account calls to increase sales. Manage resets/remodels at store level

The boundaries for the territory are:

North: Monticello, AR
South: Natchitoches, LA
West: Marshall, TX
East: Monroe, LA

Experience Required:
Strong PC skills, retail management experience. American Greetings has a proven record of promoting from within; the successful candidate will have the opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization

Education Required:
