Outside sales producers must be team players with proven track records developing large diverse territories, including balancing prospecting with developing existing customer relationships. Qualified individuals will be accountable for results, including revenue goals and prospecting objectives. Responsible for developing and executing a territory plan, including prioritizing and coordinating resources required to serve customer needs and solve customer issues. Must be motivated; highly organized; conscientious to complete and maintain paperwork and systems; able to optimize use of time; analytical to research territory and contacts and assess opportunities; and flexible to accommodate change and adjust sales activities accordingly. Experience selling products or services in heavy industry markets preferred. Extensive overnight travel necessary. Ability to learn quickly and develop a comprehensive knowledge of each service, product and application offered by Hibbs. Reports to Business Development Manager.
