Position Summary:
Performs medically prescribed occupational therapy treatments to restore function and prevent disability following injury.

Recruitment Requirements:

Graduate of approved Occupational Therapy curriculum
Current certification with the American Occupational Therapy Association
Possess current Occupational Therapy License/Certification in the State of New Jersey.
CPR preferred.
Able to travel to patient s home within service area.
Able to demonstrate professional procedures in the home care setting.
Able to use office equipment; i.e. beeper, car phone.
Ability to work flexible hours, with weekends and holidays included.
Valid driver s license. Per Diem Day, Weekend Valid licensure required Previous experience required
