JOB DESCRIPTIONA fast-growing software company is seeking two Tech Support Pro?s !
3-month contract to hire. Pay rate $14 - $15/hr DOE. Onsite in South Scottsdale (101 and Camelback) Target start date Sep/19
In this Tech Support role, you will assist end users for software issues. Typical issues include difficulties logging into company mobile app and difficulties getting their documents transferred. You will handle a 50/50 mix of phone and chat support; approx. 30 to 40 phone calls a day and approx.. 30 to 40 chats a day. You will work with proprietary, in house software systems, so we need you be ?digital natives?.
You should have tech support/help desk experiences using ticketing system (Remedy, Heat). We are looking for SOFTWARE troubleshooting experience NOT hardware experience. Any knowledge of software security protocols will get us excited (SSL Certificates, FTP?s, SHTTP, etc.).
Also, you should to be detail-oriented, multitasking, tech savvy (Specifically, Software Savvy). Able to pass background check as well.
