JOB DESCRIPTIONJob summary:
Under direct supervision, the primary role the title administration team member could be aligned to:
? Processing of various state titling documents which may include:
o Signing off of a lien document
o Completing a state DMV applications and forms
o Reviewing and analyzing title supporting documentation to ensure accuracy on forms sent from lenders, dealers and borrowers.
o Inspection of work in progress to ensure accuracy
? Managing transactions and data reports assigned by designated lead to ensure service level agreements are met based on contractual agreements with our clients
? Researching Lead assigned client inquiries that could be aligned to services and processes, reports generated from our internal software and quality issues associated with specific transactions.

Education and/or Experience:
? High School diploma or equivalent
? Previous customer service experience preferred
? Knowledge of PC software applications (i.e. MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
? Data entry and 10 key skills required
? Knowledge of DMV related documents and forms preferred
? Good written and verbal communication preferred
? Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work
? Ability to sit or stand, bend, reach, pull and climb step ladders for long periods of time
? Variable shifts for Day and Evening and Part Time and Full Time which can include Saturday shifts
? Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs.
