Busy Title Insurance Agency in Bucks County (Southampton) seeks experienced title conveyancer title clearance specialist to service our high volume residential book of business.Please only apply if you are very experienced in this area This job requires a large amount of contact with clients, brokers and lenders, so excellent communication skills are an absolute must.This job requires proficiency and comfort with computers ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, neat and organized fast learner. Experience with TSS title software is an absolute must. The job duties will include - Answering phones and emails communicating with lenders, mortgage brokers and real estate agents- Preparing 2010 HUD-1s, getting them approved Lenders- Perform closings, must know how to explain Loan Documents- Post Closing issues and Disbursements Our company enjoys a great reputation because we are totally committed to customer service.
