We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Coordinator to support our team in the Wilmington, DE office. We want someone that can be responsible for a number of different title and administrative job duties such as:

* Data entry
* Preparing title search products to send to the title examiner
* Providing outstanding customer service to our clients
* Invoicing and handling premium money remittances
* Facilitation of customer requests via email, fax, telephone, proprietary company systems, etc.
* Receptionist duties
* Other job duties as required

Job Qualifications

Here s what will make you successful in this role:

* High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred
* 3+ years related experience, title experience preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong ability to multi-task
* Proficient in MS Office
