JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client, a long-standing Title Company and Business Law Firm in great area around downtown Orlando is seeking a seasoned Title Manager.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 or more years of recent Title Insurance Management experience. This is NOT a mortgage processing role. You MUST have the Title experience to be considered.
Basic duties include but are not limited to:
Manage daily operation of Title Department.
Supervise and coordinate personnel and operations in a manner that will optimize the company?s goals and objectives.
Update procedures on an as needed basis.
Review financial statements to ensure department is meeting financial goals.
Improve internal systems and processes to gain efficiencies.
This is a long-term permanent need. Our client is willing to pay based on experience. $50,000 - $58,000.
