Job Description
Receive and resolve difficult or unusual problems delaying the processing of titles/registrations or vehicle sales Facilitate direct client contact to resolve issues preventing the completion of a title, registration, or sale related transaction Instruct and influence the client on correct title and sale procedures and obtain necessary information or documents for them Present requests for information or documents in a professional manner Effectively work with internal personnel to research and resolve issues as well as identify root cause Provide telephone, e-mail, logging, R2RA, and desk coverage as needed to support the team Provide quality customer service with quick, thorough responses and follow up on all client escalated issues
