Title Officer!!

Job Description
The primary function for this position is reasonability for Title-Only and Sub-Escrow residential refinance transactions. The Title Officer will be expected to timely and accurately execute the following tasks:
?Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; reviewing Commitments/Preliminary Title Reports; reviewing closing documents; determining recordablility of borrowers/lenders documents.
?Respond to all questions and requests surrounding the transaction in a timely and helpful manner.
?Provide a very high level of customer service to all parties involved in the transaction. Emails returned within Client and Company service level agreements
?Able to handle high volume of emails and phone calls
?Understand title forms, search documents, vesting and endorsements. National experience a plus.
?Comply with regulatory requirements
?Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
?Experience with Sub-Escrow accounts a plus high School diploma or equivalent, required, College degree preferred, At least 1 year of direct Title Officer or 2 years senior level assistant experience preferred. Candidates with paperless operations system experience and documented high volume pipeline management will be given extra consideration. Ability to handle high volume refinance accounts.

?Experience with MS Office including Word and basic Excel is required.
?Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate and present at all levels, both internally and externally.
?Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively prioritize and execute in a fast paced environment.
?High level of demonstrated customer service, and time management skills.
?Ability to read and interpret documents such as underwriting guideline matrix, lender&;s instructions, trust agreements and preliminary title reports/commitments.
?Basic math skills with understanding of 'escrow' type math.
?Exposure to high volume, paperless office environment preferred but not required. Also ok with working with a new, fast growing, high energy company.
?Flexible with work hours, possible staggering of early and later day shifts. Some paid mid-month and month-end overtime and some half-day Saturday overtime.
