Title Processor

Title company located in Bethlehem PA is looking for an experienced Title Processor. Candidates must have experience with all aspects of the Title insurance process Ordering, Examining, Commitments, Closing, and Escrow Accounting). Processors responsibilities will be processing files for Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions.Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following Review of contracts to ensure that the requested terms are reflected on the Settlement Statement.Ordering of TitleExamining of Title for accuracy or errors.Ordering all Payoffs, Judgments, liens, RE Tax certifications, and HOA dues. Direct contact with Underwriters, Agents, Buyers, and Sellers to facilitate a transaction closing.Prepare Title Commitments.Prepare Final Title Policies.Title Express Software experience is a plus but not necessary.
