JOB DESCRIPTIONA Fortune 500 Title Company is hiring 50+ Title Reviewers to assist with Residential Loan Processing! It is a 6-month-contract-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced corporate office setting.
Pay Rate: $18/hr firm
Shift Hours: Must be available for a shift between 7:00am ? 6:00pm. Shift hours will be determined by management. Overtime, including weekends, may be required at times to ensure production goals are met. Will be required to work through the Holidays.
Location: North Phoenix 85085 (Happy Valley & 23rd Ave). Close to the Shops at Norterra, beautiful neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants!
You will review and validate accuracy of data in mortgage loan files, follow up on all missing documents, approve completed files, and provide data on liens on title which needs to be addressed. The work will be done at high volumes with firm deadlines for completion.
This position does NOT require ordering payoffs or clearing title but you need to know how to read the commitment to confirm vesting and liens as well as tax.
? High School diploma or GED required
? 1+ years of recent experience in residential mortgage lending or servicing required
? Title specific experience in reviewing and approving actual title policies required
? Able to comprehend mortgage loan documents required
? Able to read and translate information from a 1003/Loan application required
? Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
? Clean background check required
? Able to multi task and perform intense and accurate document review while meeting goals consistently with little to no supervision
? Able to work independently and be detail-oriented
? Able to work in a very conservative corporate environment (dress, hygiene, etc)
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent customer service skills
? 1 year of vendor contact experience preferred
? Mortgage processing or underwriting experience a big plus
? HUD or closing experience a plus
? Familiar with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act a plus
