Trade Customer Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a Trade Customer Operations Analyst to work in the Parsippany area. If you possess these qualifications, we want to speak to you!

Day to day activities may include but not limited to
· management of customer orders and returns
· handling of inquiries and complaints
· execution of sample allocation ordering and fulfillment
· Knowledge of ERP (transactional) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Elite)
· Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Strong service-orientation
· Able to actively problem solve and suggest solutions to logistics/operations challenges

· Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Business Objects / Cognos a plus.
