ALB adds a critical dimension to the Thomson Reuters strategy to expand its legal market footprint in Asia, and to become more relevant, more often to more types of legal professionals.We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes: Highly organized with strong multitasking and organizational skills Direct admin and traffic experience in publishing, advertising or production Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint Knowledge of accounting software programs; search engine optimization, HTML and project management tools Believes in what ALB stands for and the future we are moving towardOur clients consist primarily of law firm CEOs, managing partners, practice group leads, law firm business development/marketing heads, general counsels and compliance officers as well as vendors and suppliers to the legal industry. There is some pressure and stress in this job. He/she is always keeping tabs on other people's work and timetables. Work is normal business hours unless a project is near deadline and must be completed. He/she may then be required to stay late and work overtime.Responsibilities Schedule and oversee effectively the work flow of print and web ads making sure production schedules are on time Ensure each part of the project moves through the pipeline and is finished on time Create and update status reports and project time lines, which are distributed to designers, sales representatives and other team members Be the main contact point for questions regarding project work flow, client submissions and final billing Work across many departments including sales, events, editorial, IT and finance as well as outside vendors such as printers and photographers. The individual must know how to time projects so that even in an emergency they will be on schedule Coordinate AP (accounts payable) and AR (accounts receivable) and invoicing with the finance department Work is normal business hours unless a project is near deadline and must be completed. He/she may then be required to stay late and work overtime.Qualifications 2+ years relevant experience.
