Job Duties:
;Ensure all employees receive quality training in state and contract requirements procedures and skills by designing, organizing, and promoting training classes to meet or exceed customer expectations and contract requirements. Responsible for evaluating training to ensure quality of training received. Develop original content, lesson plans and training programs from research as needed. Develop e-learning modules as needed. Process delivery of training certificates, cards and credentials. Maintain records of training performed and future training classes. Ensure updating content of training to maintain quality and to ensure application of most current and advanced training programs and techniques. Coordinate Quality Management System maintenance to ensure continued ISO certification. Development of yearly training schedule and calendar. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
; Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED. Must have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. Must have one (1) year of experience as an Instructor. Must have experience with online learning and e-learning development. The following instructor certifications are a plus:
; DCJS to include; core subjects, electronics security, locksmith, bail bonds, PPS, private investigator and DCSPO. Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited consistency exists.; Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in oral, or written publication form. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and training periodicals, professional training journals, technical training procedures, or governmental regulations.; Must have the ability to write detailed and original lesson plans, reports, business correspondence, and training manuals.; Must have;proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet. Must be available up to 25% travel as needed.
Other Requirements:

- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical. Must be able to pass criminal history and credit report checks. Must be able to pass a security screening. Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation for required security clearance.
