Job Description
Summary: Supervise a Training Logistic team who are responsible for acting as the liaison between trainers, patients, and shipping to effectively dispatch. The Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the Training Logistics Department, ensuring maximum efficiency, accuracy, and department goals are met. Train and supervise associates. Work with department manager to ensure training logistics staff attains company growth and production goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Training Logistics staff to execute a daily dispatch to coordinate efficient shipment/delivery of meters.
2. Working with department manager and Culture and Performance will be responsible for staff related activities including hiring, termination, coaching, counseling and discipline.
3. Ensure Training Logistics staff is applying knowledge of trainer network, location and availability of both trainer and patient to dispatch logistically and cost effectively.
4. Ensure daily deadlines, goal, KPI and shipping requirements are met.
5. Coordinate with other Departments to manage the work flow for Training Logistics.
6. Train staff on Training Logistics policies and procedures.
7. Communicate changes in policies and procedures including updating staff on company wide communication.
8. Maintain Training Logistics KPI dashboard and bulletin displays.
9. Understands, interprets and ensures adherence to Alere Home Monitoring's (AHM) training standards.

10. Maintains updated, organized files to oversee the follow-up to ensure trainings are completed in a timely manner including running customized reports to track assignments.
11. Resolves escalated customer/trainer problems in an expeditious and tactful manner including updating scheduled patients as needed.
12. Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy in AHM operating systems directly related to specific job function. '

Education & Experience
* Associates Degree or Equivalent. Prior customer service and sales experience helpful.
* Two to three years medical customer service or data entry experience
Certificates
* Continued self development management courses & seminars related to position along with "In House" programs provided by Alere Home Monitoring.
