We re looking for a Training Manager to help us provide our employees with the foundational knowledge they need to be successful in their current role, and continual development needed to grow both professionally and personally.


* Partner with business leaders to determine program priorities, delivery systems and deadlines, including content creation, roll-out plans and ROI analytics

* Model best practices in learning and development, as determined by company leadership and professional industry standards

* Direct training and development process and delivery to ensure all new hires receive impactful information to make their onboarding successful

* Create, evaluate, select and deploy impactful curriculum

* Lead and manage the training and curriculum teams

* Evaluate existing learning opportunities, systems and fill any gaps uncovered

* Continuously improve development and evaluation procedures

* Work in a fast-paced environment, managing constant change while developing and cultivating partnerships with business stakeholders

* Deliver high energy and engaging trainings with impactful messaging and high knowledge transfer

* Manage and oversee the development and design of the operations training Intranet site


* 5+ years experience leading and motivating a training team in a contact center environment

* Exceptional facilitation and written communication skills; able to present concepts clearly, articulate business strategies and goals and lead productive dialogue

* Proven experience in design and development of training programs for all levels of the organization

* Demonstrated organizational and project management skills

* Collaboration experience; able to identify opportunities and take action to build key partnerships with functional leaders throughout the organization

* Strong working knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, instructor led training

* Substantial knowledge and experience with eLearning development tools including but not limited to; LMS (preferably Articulate Storyline), Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design Suite

* Demonstrated agility in a constantly changing environment and the ability to cultivate strong relationships

* Sharp attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

* Creative and effective problem solving skills
