JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list. The Bank, through its managers and supervisors, reserves the right to assign any additional duties necessary to meet the needs of our clients, associates and/or shareholders.

1. Supports assigned clients by identifying training needs; providing resources to meet those needs; supporting client s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
2. Designs and develops training programs and learning resources: instructor-led programs, computer-based training; blended learning; course materials, job aids.
3. Delivers and facilitates training.
4. Conducts evaluations of training and trainer effectiveness and learner performance in the class and during transition to job performance
5. Communicates information about training courses and team offerings. Handles course registrations.
6. Partners with team members to provide support and back-up for training courses and systems.
7. Maintains and expands knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
8. Interacts with others (co-workers, management, clients, and vendors) in a professional and tactful manner including treating them with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

EDUCATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Required: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:
* High School Diploma
* Minimum of 1-2 years banking or related job experience

Preferred:
* Associates Degree
* Prior training experience
* 3-5 years of banking or relevant job experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The following is intended to give an overview of the requirements of the position, but is not an exhaustive list.

* Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability and motivation to learn and expand own skills and capabilities.
* Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge of authoring tools.
* Ability to learn, understand, develop, and deliver a variety of technical and business skills training programs.
* Highly dependable; project a professional appearance and attitude; model company values at all times
* Highly energetic and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Interpersonal and presentation skills necessary to train including a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The following is intended to give an overview of the work environment of the position, but is not an exhaustive list.

* Office setting with traditional hours.
* Standing for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).
* Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).
* Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
* Must be able to travel to deliver training, as needed.
