"We are looking for a next practice learning and development inventor to join our team in support of an ongoing initiative with our award winning client partner, MasterCard. This individual will partner with MasterCard s stakeholders to help change the way our client\'s employee population experiences and applies learning across the enterprise." The person we are seeking for this job needs to have a demonstrated track record in creating the new and different, implementing innovative approaches to learning and development challenges and looking beyond conventional wisdom to create impactful changes in the learning space. This individual will be primarily responsible for developing and executing corporate learning programs, experiences and campaigns for employees globally as it relates to strategic and professional skills.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION & ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Understand the key business goals and associated learning goals of strategic business initiatives
Provides learning program development, management and execution expertise in the planning, design, creation, testing, piloting, delivery, management and measurement of global learning solutions tied to strategic skill areas around the world.
Develop a new learning solution, pilot it, incorporate learnings and scaling it for a global audience.
Must be able to plan and prioritize projects, drive operational efficiency in the delivery of learning and development solutions world-wide.
Works closely with and must be perceived as a credible expert by Global Learning Consultants, HR Business Partners, Strategic Business Partners, Global Vendors and External Partners and key stakeholders across the company.
Must be able to interact with multiple vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery of learning solutions.
Must be able to successfully collaborate and plan with key HR stakeholders around the globe to facilitate the planning and delivery of learning programs.
Work in partnership with Global Learning Consultants, Regional/BU Talent Consultants, Alternative Learning Channels Team and LMS Administrators to define, scope, develop, test, manage, monitor and measure global learning programs and solutions tied to strategic skills and business initiatives.
This role will:
Works with SMEs to gather inputs and validate program design.
Supports the identification of specific solutions for stated learning objectives. Devise plans and approaches in collaboration with the Global Training and Development teams to get the needs met
Works with stakeholders to ensure that solution being developed realizes learning goals.
Pilots learning programs with regions / groups to gather feedback , incorporate inputs and scale program
Establishes global learning program plans and implementation strategies, prioritizes projects and aligns initiatives to drive greater efficiency
Curates content for learning program development and implementation based on business needs/requirements
Give advice on learning solutions and programs, including initiating and facilitating planning meetings, scoping projects, establishing success metrics, analyzing data and maintaining a focus on the consumer experience, participant engagement levels, and business outcome measures on an ongoing basis
Develop metrics and reporting that will define and measure success for learning program
Experienced in designing, developing, managing and measuring global learning and development programs via multiple delivery channels (e.g. ILT, e-learning, virtual, blended, etc.) ideally in a global, tech savvy, and innovative organization
Ability to work with online and blended learning by taking a class room environment and having the ability to design a guided learning solution.
Strong end-end program management skills that demonstrates ability to develop, plan and execute a complex, global training program
Demonstrate rigor for work stream planning, identifying dependencies, critical path items and managing risks
Experience developing and managing program level communications with stakeholders
Excellent engagement management, project planning and prioritization, execution, and analytical skills
Effective as an internal consultant, relationship manager, facilitator, coach and team player
Good executive presence, credible with employees at every level
Able to connect easily with people, dissect a business problem and develop an appropriate learning solution
Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, writing, storyboarding and partnership skills
Excellent at organizing and coordinating to get things done; strong project management skills
