THIS IS A 6 MONTH TEMPORARY POSITION.
The Pathology Secretary/Transcriptionist works under the direction of the laboratory pathologists. Performs both technical and administrative secretarial duties for the pathology section. Responsible for transcribing all surgical pathology dictation. Performs clerical processing of cytology specimens.
Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate with post high school training in clerical skills and medical transcription. Two years of previous transcription/secretarial work preferred. Word processing experience required.
