Description:
A local leading logistics organization is currently seeking experienced Transportation Management Analyst in Englewood Cliffs, NJ for a long-term temporary to hire opportunity. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
. Information of Delivery Tracking
. Daily tracking of IOD collection rate by carrier and request IOD submission
. Transportation Cost Analysis
. Dedicated Utilization Rate monitoring and suggest adjustment when needed
. Monthly freight cost spent by mode of transportation and business unit
. Contract Management
. Once contract is completely signed, working with the carriers to collect information to set up the carrier in LG systems (GERP, WMS, & TMS) for load tender, EDI set-up, freight invoice submission/payment, etc.
. Create/update the carriers binder to maintain up-to-date documents such as rate sheets, certificate of insurance, carrier safety scorecard, etc.
. Carrier coverage for out-of-system freights like refurbished sales, domestic inbound shipments (LED lighting)
. LTL Pro # management
. Daily TMS reports for management team
. Month-end support by creating/updating control-tower reports and carrier pick-up reminder report to ensure on-time pick-ups by carriers

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
. Comfortable talking on the phone, able to manage work utilizing reports
. Able to effectively communicate
. 1-3 years of prior relevant experience
. Excellent problem resolution skills
. Bachelor's Degree
. Excellent verbal and written skills
. Strong customer service skills
. Microsoft Office suite and Internet application proficient
. Must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check

The hours for this positon are Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay for this position is $23.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
