We are currently seeking experienced and entry-level Travel Agents that will build relationships and assist our clients with planning their vacation travel.

Responsibilities:

-Assisting clients with travel needs (via walk-ins, inbound phone inquiries and outbound sales calls to existing and former AAA clients)

-Understanding the client's wishes, needs and requirements and making appropriate travel recommendations

-Building relationships with clients and getting referrals for future business

-Booking domestic and international travel arrangements-from airline tickets to full vacation packages

-Providing excellent customer service and follow-up

Experienced Travel Agents:

-Proven track record as a Travel Agent� and well-developed client base

-Strong knowledge of offerings at and reputation of hotels, airlines, cruise ships, etc. to make best recommendations

-Passion for industry and positive, outgoing demeanor
