span B Treasury Consultant /B br Mid-sized technology company in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Treasury Consultant to join their growing organization.  The qualified candidate will have experience in capital markets: FX, fixed income, equity and / or derivatives, have some familiarity implementing and working with various treasury systems, a solid understanding of accounting and corporate financial theory and analysis. br   br B Responsibilities: /B br ul
li The preferred candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: analyzing the debt, equity, and investment positions of the company. /li li Prepare various reports, developing forecasting models, and executing treasury transactions. Specific reporting areas include debt maturity profiles, lender commitments, investment portfolio performance, debt covenant compliance, equity award plan administration, insurance, and cash flow forecasting. /li li Respond to information requests from, and prepare presentations for, senior management, lenders, and rating agencies. /li li Gather data from various internal and external sources, synthesize it in a logical fashion, and prepare a comprehensive presentation under tight time pressure. /li li Administering the company’s various bank accounts and loan and letter of credit facilities, in addition to serving as a backup to the company’s cash management administrator. /li li Retrieval and reconciliation of bank information related to deposits and payments, preparing appropriate cash position reports, executing loan draw-downs and funds transfers, monitoring various bank accounts to ensure appropriate balances are maintained, and investing daily surplus cash in accordance with investment policy and management guidelines. /li /ul

li Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required /li li Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in treasury, finance or banking. /li li Present strong problem solving, analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. /li li Strong documentation skills and ability to recommend and implement change as needed. /li /ul
