Job Expectations:

The Treasury Services Team Leader is the lead sales resource in Treasury Services focused on business development and new business acquisition activity. Maintains senior level contact with top and high priority customers. Develops new business within targeted industries and with targeted prospects. Develops territory plans, account strategies, and call plans required to consistently achieve revenue and profit goals. Completes responses to customer or prospect request for proposal and general sales prospecting activity primarily for new Treasury Services business relationships. Coordinates calling activity with assigned Relationship Manager(s). Completes account reviews for assigned top priority customers. Provides strategic and tactical direction to the Treasury Services Account Team.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Education: Bachelor degree

Work Experience:

Sales skills: Advanced interpersonal, tactical and account management skills. Good strategic selling and oral presentation skills. Good written skills.

Product Knowledge: Advance banking and treasury services industry knowledge. Advance sales knowledge of treasury service/ cash management product. Strong understanding of value propositions related to treasury service applications within corporate treasury function. If underdeveloped treasury knowledge, finance/banking knowledge necessary.

Attitude skills: Consistent ability to effectively and efficiently resolve customer problems. Excellent work ethic, effective change management skills and good team player.

Organizational skills: Advanced time and task management skills. Excellent expense management skills. Must be willing to travel 50% or more. 7+ years sales experience in healthcare and/or banking required. Must have experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
