Job Description

Classification: Administrative - Medical

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year

OfficeTeam Healthcare Group is seeking two (2) RN Case Managers with 3+ years of case management experience for an exciting opportunity near downtown Indianapolis. These innovative positions will involve case management within a physician's office, and represent the first positions of their kind in the state of Indiana. These positions will either be temporary-to-hire or direct hire opportunities, depending upon the preferences of our established client.

The case managers will be responsible for the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of services and options to meet individuals' health needs. To be considered for this exciting opening, candidates MUST possess the following:

Current Indiana State License as an RN
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is STRONGLY preferred; Associate's Degree is required
3+ years of relevant case management experience
Experience with discharge planning and disease management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The salary for this position will be within the $70,000 to $75,000 range on a full-time basis.
