JOB SUMMARY

Leads cross-functional, strategic projects while also leading internal projects and process improvement initiatives. The project manager will assist in gathering data to support business process enhancements and resolve issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support business need

Clearly establish scope, schedule, budget

Clear understanding of the Business Case and Business Value

Ensure Business understanding of solution

Sense of ownership - drive deliverables and commitments

Effective Communicator - to Business, IT, PMO, Management, etc.

Able to develop a comprehensive and realistic project plan

Proactive management to reduce impacts to schedule and budget

Appropriate sense of urgency and escalation with priorities, issues, risks

Maintains holistic project management - quality, resources, risks, change management

Shows commitment, competence and integrity in achieving project goals

Adoption and mastery of established ESI best practices and tools (iDeliver, CMI, etc. )

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

*

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field or equivalent work experience.

*

2-5 years relevant experience or MA/MS

*

Working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio and Project)

*

Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success. Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong requirements elicitation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
