Job Description:

Pro Staff is staffing for an inbound call center in the Downtown Dallas area. This position requires that individuals are able to pass a strict government background screening. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for customer service to join us as we grow! We expect to start 2 training classes for this position on August 29th and September 5th . Screening for NCIC clearance takes up to 2 weeks once paperwork and finger printing is complete so please be sure to reach out early if interested.

Job Overview: Respond to inbound phone calls, up sell/cross sell additional items and resolve customer's issues. Utilize system tools provided to perform job function. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Take inbound calls for order placement Up sell and cross sell additional items Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files Ask probing questions and overcome objections

Pay rate is $11.50hr Must be flexible to work a shift within the hours of operation: Monday Friday: 7am to 11pm Saturday and Sunday: 9am-9pm We cannot guarantee a set schedule. You will work 5 days/40 per week, OT is mandatory based on client request.

Required Skills: 6 months Customer Service or Retail experience (call center preferred) MUST be flexible to work within the hours of operation 7am - 11pm ( 8 hour shifts/ 40 hour week will be assigned after training) Typing Speed of 25-30 WPM minimum Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette Proper grammar Ability to adapt to the fast paced internet environment Problem solving skills Excellent judgment and decision making skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Demonstrated customer service skills Regular and punctual attendance is a must High School Diploma or equivalent Must pass criminal background and drug test
