Beford Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center, a SunBridge
Healthcare affiliate, a 147-bed center, located in
Bedford, NH. Our center is an AHCA Step I Quality Award
winner, has a tenured management team, good survey
history and specialized short term Rehab Recovery Suites
and Alzheimer's unit.

As Unit Manager you will supervise the day-to-day
nursing activities in the facility in accordance with
all laws, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be
required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure
that the highest degree of quality care is maintained.

Unit Manager, RN Supervisor, Registered Nurse, RN
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse, RN, license in good standing with
the state and current CPR certification
* Previous direct care experience.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to understand and follow all applicable
policies and procedures, current federal, state, and
local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern
long-term care
* Caring bedside manner
* Computer proficiency; Point Click Care experience a
plus
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude toward the elderly
