NetApp is looking for diverse candidates to be part of one of our various non-engineering teams. These opportunities include but are not limited to positions within professional services, program and project management, communication, supply chain management and human resources.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers value to the NetApp organization. Those essential functions may include:
-Developing programs or business plans in collaboration with various business units across NetApp
-Determining, presenting and gaining approval from management on the scope and priorities of current and future activities
-Establishing enhancing or distinguishing product placement within the competitive arena.
-Communicating and implementing new business processes
-Contributing to program milestones and objectives being met
-Providing communications and reporting regarding status of program progress
-Analyzing problems and recommending solutions involving multiple elements
-Provide appropriate feedback to management on process improvement suggestions
Excellent written and verbal skills; excellent listener and interpersonal communicator
Demonstrated successful academic, social and extracurricular record
Strong teamwork required; demonstrated success is a requirement.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Strong propensity for spreadsheets, systems and processes.
Curious personality with a desire to understand how things work and how things are related
Education and Experience
Must be pursuing or possess a Bachelor s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or an equivalent degree with a tentative start date of May/June 2017.
