What would I do?
Leverage world-class technologies to Design, Build and Run IT solutions that drive General Mills' business forward. * Participate on cross-functional teams through development & execution of technology solutions
* Apply relational and in-memory database management skills in SQL Server or Oracle
* Participate in IdeaWeekend and CodeCamp events
Who is qualified to apply?
YOU, if you have strong leadership skills, business understanding and technical expertise, along with a strong academic background (typically 3.0+ GPA) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
We need people with strong communication skills, strategic & analytical thinking aptitudes, the ability to collaborate with global teams and who can turn innovative ideas into solutions that will differentiate our business in the marketplace.

Most starting IT roles are located at our World Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.
