What's the role of QRO at General Mills?

We lead programs and provide technical expertise to ensure the safety, regulatory compliance and quality of General Mills food.

What will I do?

* Protect General Mills' brands and consumer trust by ensuring products meet and exceed global quality and safety standards

* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality throughout the product lifecycle

* Lead product safety, quality and sanitation program development and implementation

Who's qualified to apply?

YOU, if you're pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D degree in Food Science or Engineering (primarily Chemical / Food Process / Packaging / Material Science) and have a strong academic record - typically a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Where will I work?
