Job Description
Challenging career position for a Human Resources Generalist in a local, growing agricultural company. The responsibility of this position is to assist in managing over 800 employees at peak season. The ideal candidate would have experience with benefits, orientation and some workers comp.HRIS experience would be a huge plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST. Prefer individual with a four year degree. Experience in Human Resources Agricultural background is a strong plus. Ideal candidate will have great communication and computer skills.
