Job Description

Local Fresno company seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk requiring skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, 10-key and typing. A minimum of 3 years experience is required in accounts receivable or general accounting knowledge. Must know how to prepare customer invoices, reconcile and balance costs against billings prepared - for payment and distribution, process customer payments and adjustments, prepare bank deposits and investigate and resolve customer queries, reconcile customer accounts and follow up and resolve payment delinquencies and collections activity, maintain customer files. Must have strong written and oral communication skills and customer service skills to interact with both customers and operations staff. Solid decision making skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently and maintain confidentiality at all times. Work with the staffing consultants who have been in the recruitment business for more than 45 years: ACT1/Apple One.
