We have a GOLDEN opportunity with a Commercial Construction Company, and they're looking for their next Administrative Assistant! You will be an essential part of the company and work closely with estimators, customers, vendors, and the accounting department. This position is for the individual that has a STRONG background in construction administrative duties, and ideally have knowledge of Preliminary Notices and Lien Releases, New Construction invoicing, obtaining city business licenses, etc.

? Maintain communication with A/R & A/P customers/vendors
? Office environment requires multi-tasking efficiently and effectively
? and all administrative functions as assigned (answer phones/ data entry/ etc.)

? Proficient in Excel & Word
? Minimum 3 years of experience
? Ability to work with interrelated companies
? Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
? Problem solving, analytical mindset
? Ability to work as team, be proactive
