JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Are you looking for a customer service support position within the Distribution Industry? A well established, company in the Temecula, CA area is looking for their next Data Entry/ CSR clerk!
?Performs daily vendor follow-up and communication with significant interaction via telephone and internet to ascertain product availability, ship dates and carrier information.
?Tracks the delivery dates of PO's to ensure customer confirmation dates are always as accurate as possible.
?Will perform ongoing research to address incorrectly shipped products or quantity discrepancies upon receipt and secure return goods authorization to vendors if necessary.
?Maintain Documentation of vendor shipping errors in on-line folder for tracking purposes.
?Collects, maintains and coordinates the system data involved in the process of the purchase of finished goods.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a fast paced environment and thrive on assisting with high volume inbound phone calls. People with tenacity are ideal for this position!!
Other skills/ abilities include:
?Strong communication & multi-tasking skills
?Excellent customer service skills
?Experience with Windows, MS Office, MS EXCEL (IMPORTANT!) data entry, scanning, filing
?Must be reliable individual.
?Good organizational and multi tasking skills.
?10-key by touch
