Upgrades Tele-Sales Representative-Salt Lake City

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for consistent and accurate sales presentations to Wyndham Vacation Ownership guests, achieve defined sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned. -Effectively deliver required sales targets. -Present Wyndham Vacation Ownership's Sales Process consistently and accurately. -Maintain a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations. -Adhere to company and industry best practices. - Keep current on sales information and materials.
- Keep current on and support the company's marketing strategies.
- Attend and actively participate in all sales and training meetings.
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
- Lead by example in both professional and personal life.

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
-High School Diploma or GED required. -Must be able to pass a drug and background screening. -1-2 years of successful sales experience, telephone sales experience a plus. -A positive, outgoing, enthusiastic attitude a must. -Must have a great work ethic, be self-motivated, and have the desire to be the Best and work for the Best! -Must either have (or be willing to obtain) a Utah Timeshare Salesperson License. -Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Thursday 1-9PM and Friday 11AM - 6PM.
