Job Description
-Perform pre-start furnace inspection and maintenance checklist-Prepare raw material and load into furnace-Control and operate electric induction furnace-Pour molten metal into mold(s)-Record data on production sheets-Weight, package and mark finished product with identifying labels-Remove slag (barring and raking)-Clean and maintain work area and equipment-Make minor clean and patch repairs-Visually monitor lining condition-Assist in melt shop activities-Other duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Induction furnace -Crane-Skid Steer -Tow motor
