JOB DESCRIPTIONUtility Repair 1st Shift - Kohler, WI
Duties and Responsibilities of Position:
-Inspect, trouble shoot, maintain and operate plant utility system equipment and processes including, but not limited to the following: boilers, reciprocating and centrifugal air compressors, chillers, air dryers, fans pumps, wells and HVAC equipment. HVAC equipment includes condensate steam, compressed air, propane, natural gas, oxygen, process waste water, water purification, water chemistry, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and fire suppression systems.
-Interpret and understand mechanical and electrical blue prints and P&ID diagrams.
-Use a wide variety of tools including, but not limited to the following: multi-meter, personal computers, vibration analysis, laser measurement, refrigerant gauge set, refrigerant recovery machine, vacuum pumps, steam trap testing equipment, manlifts, hand tools and power tools.
What You Need to Qualify:
-High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
-Completed or enrolled in an accredited Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technology associate degree program.
-Hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
