Candidates should have 5-8 or more years experience in account planning. Your background can be a combination of consumer and healthcare planning. Healthcare experience can be either DTC, OTC, or Rx.Candidates should be able to generate insights, write screeners, discussion guides, formulate quantitative questions, and be able to analyze data. However, this is not simply a data analysis position. We are seeking planners who know how to get into the 'heads' of clients, who know how to use insights generated from market research or statistics to create strategy. Candidates must be diplomatic, people savvy individuals who are comfortable working with clients. In addition, they should be confortable working in the interactive and CRM space.We are looking for self motivated individuals who can run a piece of business without expecting or needing a great deal of supervision. You should have a business strategy perspective, be able to engage with clients, and understand how you are shaping the marketplace.Euro RSCG Life is a great place to work.
