JOB DESCRIPTIONVP PROGRAM MANAGER - CLIENT & FRANCHISE ANALYTICS SALES REPORTING
The Global Markets Technology - Coverage team is responsible for managing the technology needs of the Equities Sales, Institutional Client Group (Fixed Income Sales), Research & Structuring business areas within Global Markets.
As part of the Client & Franchise Analytics Sales Reporting initiative we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the team to help define the detailed projects & supporting book of work requirements to drive the delivery team to deliver the solution leveraging cutting edge analytics & UI platforms & tools providing insightful analytics to grow the franchise, replacing legacy platforms & a disparate data landscape in place.
Responsible for the end-to-end management of (large scale) projects and programs.
Responsible for leading the creation of the Sales Reporting Data Architecture strategy & ensuring successful delivery.
Delivery management in a client facing role where the end product is a delivered solution to the Business.
Manage multiple projects across regions, teams & senior stakeholders.
Manage the delivery of program/project outcomes to the client (as defined) within scope, quality, time and budget.
Sharing best practices and project learnings across the practice.
Uses standard program/project management tools and techniques appropriately.
Responsible for program plans, milestones, measures, budgets, team/stakeholder communications, and resource and time management.
Defines and establishes appropriate governance structures and processes to drive the program/project.
Forms and manages teams by organizing resources and skills effectively against tasks.
Develop effective stakeholder management which is required for the successful delivery of the program/project.
Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline (or equivalent).
Demonstrable experience in leading complex transformation programs to successful conclusions.
Experience in a leadership/management role with budget accountability.
Experience in developing and tracking complex financial business cases.
Experience in negotiating commercially valuable outcomes.
Proven experience in mentoring and coaching teams.
Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing diverse stakeholders and team members.
Good knowledge in at least one asset class (e.g. Equities) & related business processes
Experience in Sales / Research Investment Banking technology roles, working on data analytics / reporting (e.g. Sales Production Credit / Revenue Credit)
Should have experience with implementing CRM (Salesforce desired)
Proven ability to balance business demands and IT capabilities in terms of standardization, reducing risk and increasing IT flexibility
Able to assimilate large quantities of information in short periods of time. - will be driving data from legacy systems to Salesforce
