Title: VP Sales Hispanic Market Location: United States Texas Plano The VP Sales Hispanic Market is responsible for transforming our business by developing strategies and tactics for marketing and selling to the Hispanic segment. Leading the consumer segmented sales/marketing team to ensure delivery of volume, sales, mix and margin and meeting profit objectives. Significantly expand distribution and availability in consumer targeted markets. Develop sales strategies and lead team to expand distribution in targeted consumer markets 2. Set in store priorities for points of interruptions and points of sale, as well as effective guidelines for merchandising standards and displays 3. Determine and measure consumer segmented performance metrics and KPI's 4. Collaborate cross functionally with sales and marketing support to create new opportunities to expand product availability in targeted consumer market 5. Partner as key contributor in the enterprise sales planning process to ensure sales execution to deliver on set targets 6. Participate in B2B meetings with National Accounts 7. Develop strategic partnerships with targeted consumer loyal household brands 8. BA/BS from an accredited university/college in a business related field . 5 years sales and marketing experience with Hispanic consumers and culture . 2 years experience leading consumer segmented marketing and sales organization. . 5 years experience in the Beverage industry or other CPG experience .
