JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY This position will assume overall responsibility for the implementation, delivery, coordination and supervision of clinical services provided to our patients.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing: Bachelor?s degree in nursing required, Master?s Degree preferred.
Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of CA.
Minimum of four years of clinical experience including two years in a managerial role in a healthcare environment; preferably home health care environment.
Position Role and Responsibilities
-Assumes overall responsibility for oversight and management of the clinical services provided by Nursing, Respiratory, and Pharmacy Divisions
-Provides leadership and counsel to clinical personnel to enhance staff development.
-Participates in meetings and presentations with health plans, LTC?s, medical groups, and hospitals.
-Provides leadership in the development of company?s virtual care center, population health, and chronic care management programs.
-Participate and provide leadership during meetings/committees related to clinical practice.
-Identifies the need for staff education and assists in the development of in-service programs for members of the Clinical Services team.
-Conduct supervisory visits to allow observation of clinical performance of assigned team members.
-Review and evaluate resources and staffing and ensure talent, manpower, and resources are in place to meet clinical needs and objectives.
Participate in community and professional education in line with patient care and company objectives.
