As the VP, Sales you will develop the long-term strategic vision of the B2B and B2C sales organization while managing the day-to-day of lead nurturing, sales operations, and deal management. Additionally, you will work in concert with the executive team, marketing agency, operations and production.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial player/coach, experienced and motivated sales executive who thrives in solutions selling environments. You will build, organize and motivate both you and your team to achieve aggressive sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*

Provide leadership, strategy, process, direction, training and education to the B2B and B2C sales team in order to deliver maximum sales
*

Actively work with sales operations to develop and manage to key sales metrics - pipeline management, bookings/revenue reporting, account assignment, quota management and sales productivity metrics
*

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for your sales team; projecting expected sales volume and profit
*

Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve/exceed quota to ensure revenue objectives. Work with sales management and individual Account Executives on coaching/training and strategies to achieve their goals
*

Engage with marketing and sales development to optimize the lead generation/qualification process
*

Understand and maintain a thorough knowledge of our company's products, customers, services, culture, and history
*

Actively participate with sales teams on key deals
*

Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer experience on needs, updates, and market demands to keep the sales team fluent and progressive
*

Drive team to perform and help remove any obstacles
*

Partner with the executive team to develop and refine corporate sales strategy
*

Establish and enact performance measurement systems, and provide constructive feedback so these super stars can learn and grow
*

Assist and coach Sales Managers in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon targets and performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
*

5+ years of sales experience in health or wellness, supplement and beverage space. 7+ leadership in sales.
*

Experience with consultative and solution based sales, with the ability to cross-sell multiple solutions
*

3 - 5years in subscription based sales. Recurring revenue.
*

5+ experience in customer centric selling
*

7+ years in Salesforce experience
*

Proven track record of successfully building, scaling and leading large scale sales teams with a history of overachieving sales targets, building sales infrastructure and operations within a high growth environment (team structure, comp structure, lead gen programs, pipeline management, contract development)
*

Track record of building a national sales team
*

Experience forecasting revenue and managing company goals/overall P&L
*
