Our client is seeking a dynamic customer service professional to work in their Contract and Administration department. You will be responsible for the day to day administration in support of the onboarding process with vendors Duties include: -Assist with setting up supplier contracts -Assist with setting up supplier pricing terms -Handle incoming calls from customers, initiate and answer calls explaining our services -Provide updates to internal database systems -Initiate communications with internal teams and customer base -Follow-up with customers to ensure contract maintenance Requirements -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate equally well -Strong customer management skills with attention to detail and customer needs -Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills -Experience working in a highly dynamic atmosphere, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work within challenging time frames -In-depth knowledge of PC and web applications with experience in MS Office applications This is a 40 hr/week position, daytime hours, ***NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS!!*** Excellent employee-centered company, this is a great place to go to work everyday We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to disability or protected veteran status.
