_The Vice President of Audit Services leads the Audit Services organization in providing an independent and objective review of risk management, control and governance processes for AgriBank, business service clients in the associations and other Farm Credit entities. Job functions include internal audit leadership for AgriBank, product manager for internal business service audits to associations and other Farm Credit entities, audit committee leadership, management of staff, internal consulting with various parties, and coordinating external auditors. _

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related field
*

10 years of related experience
*

5 years of supervisory experience
*

Certified Internal Auditor or related certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant)
*

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

DEMONSTRATED, PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

*

Expertise in internal auditing standards and processes, controls and frameworks, Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO), Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and information systems governance and controls (COBit)
*

Expert knowledge of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards for internal auditing
*

Financial reporting, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
*

Information technology auditing and controls
*

General understanding of all business processes at AgriBank, associations and the Funding Corporation.
*

Strong analytic skills
*

Skill in selecting, managing, coaching, motivating and developing an audit team
*

Oral and written communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
*

Proficiency in negotiating and influencing others inside and outside an organization
*

Skill in establishing and maintaining relationships with a variety of internal and external organizations and individuals to provide audit services and mitigate risk
*

Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of AgriBank's systems and data
