Cambridge Savings Bank is searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the Business Banking department as the Vice President Business Banking Manager. Under the direction of the First Vice President Director of Sales, you will be responsible for growing the Bank's business market share, within a designated market segment, by selling the Bank's products and services to corporate customers and business owners. You will contribute to the strategic direction of this business unit and be accountable for the growth, profitability and quality of services by developing an annual territory plan identifying internal and external new business sources. You will be responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and management of various corporate/cash management products and services and initiate leads through outside sources and provide sales consulting to Commercial Lending, Corporate, and Small Business customers. Additionally, you will manage the sales efforts and results of the Business Relationship Managers while also overseeing the cash management group.

Qualified candidates will posses a college degree along with ten years of banking experience or financial services industry experience coupled with a minimum of five years' of proven business development sales success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to represent the Bank at special events in a professional manner and to sell ideas through high level of personal presence while possessing a thorough knowledge of bank products and services is also required.
