Sodexo is currently searching for a Vice President, Business Development Sports & Leisure. This role will oversee business development process for Sports and Leisure in North America. Individual will supervise a dedicated sales team and also be assigned an individual sales budget. This position reports to the North American CEO with a dotted line to the global sales lead. We would prefer that the selected candidate reside near Chicago, IL. Responsibilities * Lead the business development team for Sports and Leisure * Lead/coordinate the business development process * Attract, develop and train segment sales team * Key role in maintaining and developing our industry associations engagement * Support operating team with account retention efforts * Coordinate all internal administrative and reporting requirements * Liaison with North American sales organization * Key member/contributor North American Sports and Leisure leadership team and Global Sports and Leisure Business Development Team Experience Preference to candidates with * B2B experience selling services with a long sales cycle in a decentralized environment.
