The Vice President, Human Resources, Shared Services serves as a strategic business partner to Operations. As such this position is responsible for the overall execution of the Human Resources systems, processes and business practices in the field. This will include providing guidance on implementation of standard operating procedures; recruiting and retention; and associate engagement. This position operates with sufficient independence to ensure objectivity and fairness for associates while supporting the organizations mission, vision and values and is the face of corporate Human Resources in the field. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Shared Services.
