JOB DESCRIPTION: We are the leading global provider of Enterprise Content (ECM) and Integration Solutions. We are seeking a Vice President who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow revenues in existing accounts and select target markets. The VP and his/her team will sell into new accounts, utilizing a consultative sales approach and our portfolio of software and services. The mission will be to close new projects in new customer accounts. The VP must become an expert in a variety of technology and business oriented value propositions, and be able to use a consultative sales approach to align our value propositions with the customer and align resources to close new business and ensure success of each implementation. The VP and his/her team will be selling multi-million dollar solutions, to large enterprises, and providing leadership and mentoring to Directors and RSMs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
*Developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenues within existing accounts and expand the account base in target markets
*Effectively and accurately managing forecasting and pipeline reporting related to revenue, client acquisition, etc
*Coaching and mentoring regional sales managers with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
*Working with marketing, product management, sales engineers, and professional services teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies
*Developing executive level relationships with clients and partners to advance individual opportunities and client relationships
*Pursuing and closing opportunities with enterprise and government customers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
*BA/BS degree and familiarity with internet technologies, web portal initiatives and integration platforms is required
*10 plus years experience successfully managing a team selling within enterprise solutions industry
*The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the Software Industry, have proven experience developing C-Level relationships, and be a hands-on "player"
*Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding a $12M - 15M team quota and have achieved premium sales "club" recognition
*Excellent verbal, presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
