We are seeking a leader who will serve as a strategic Talent Management advisor. The successful candidate will lead the strategic execution of the following key Talent Management functions: recruiting, workforce planning, diversity outreach, compliance, and mobility. 1/3 of Parsons Talent Management team in North America report to these functions. There are 6 direct reports to this position. These include: the Vice President of Staffing, three Workforce Planners, the Global Mobility Manager, and the Diversity/ Compliance Manager. The primary goal of this role is to anticipate human capital needs, deliver a solution driven workforce, and enhance our recruiting outreach, processes, and strategy. This is a new role and a strategic position. The individual selected will be vital to the success of acquiring and deploying Talent. The ability to execute and obtain the stated goal will have significant financial impact to the company and we are seeking an expert in this field. It is important that this individual brings a depth of human capital knowledge to Parsons from an organization that is comparable, or greater, in size. Presently, Parsons has 9,000 staff in North America and we hire more than 1,500 employees, on average, per year in this geographic region. Of key importance is individual s ability to develop a sustaining partnership between Parsons infrastructure, federal, industrial and construction business unit managers and Parsons Talent Management staff. As such, the selected candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of aligning recruiting, planning and mobility with business strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for talent management that translates into the ability to effectively determine where, how and what kind of talent management operations would be game changers for Parsons.
